What is life coaching?
Imagine talking to your best friend every week except she's a best friend who has all the answers. She's your biggest cheerleader and wisest confidante who's also willing to be honest, hold up a mirror to your true self, and tell you when you're limiting yourself so you can reframe and transform those thoughts. That's just what a life coach is... a professional friend and confidante who helps you step into your worth and creates a safe place for you to explore your inner world.
Contrary to popular belief, life coaches don't tell you what to do. So all those answers I have... they're about guiding you. I don't give you advice except maybe in the rarest of exceptions if I really feel I can help you solve a problem you are stuck on. What I do is hold space, meaning I actively, empathetically, and reflectively listen in a way you likely have never experienced before in your entire life. And I believe for you that you will create the result you want to create until you can believe it for yourself.
Further, I'm a facilitator... I ask you questions so you can come to your own insights and realize you are much more intuitive and powerful than you think. Only you know the answers to your challenges - and I can guarantee you already have the answers deep within even to the biggest obstacles that you may be facing right now. I help you draw them out and come to life changing revelations. And when you do, I hold you accountable for taking action on them.
My goal for you is to eventually become so adept at all of this that changes come naturally and you do not need to work with me any longer (even though I love meeting with you). I am here to empower you - not work with you indefinitely - and help you realize you are more resourceful than you know and already have all the answers you'll ever need within. With all of that, once we develop a long-term coaching relationship, I want to assure you I'm always here for you should that be your desire. The choice is yours.
What's the difference between life coaching and therapy?
Generally, life coaching is present and future focused. Therapy is past and present focused.
As a life coach, my primary goal is to help you look at where you are, where you want to be, and how to bridge that gap. We only explore your past as a means of understanding your current life experience. Whereas a therapist's main goal is to help clients heal trauma, overcome abuse, and treat addiction or mental illness.
I am here to empower you, not heal or cure you. If you're seeking to revisit your past to change your limiting beliefs on a subconscious level, I offer hypnotherapy which is a beautiful complement to life coaching.
Who is this coaching program for?
I typically work with creative, heart centered women. That being said, I am open to working with any beautiful human who is serious about transforming their life.
You’ve never experienced coaching before, but you’re ready to evolve like a butterfly. You’re done with not being the fully expressed you that you know you’re meant to be. You want the self love. You want the romantic love. You want the career success. You want it all, And you’re ready and willing to do anything to claim it. There is no other option than coaching now.
How long are your coaching programs?
My packages are 3 months, 6 months, and 1 year long, and the sessions are 45 minutes each. I will make a specific recommendation for your unique circumstances of what package I feel will help you get the transformation you desire. You can then choose how you'd like to proceed.
Can I book a single session?
I understand you really can't get a sense of how a coach might help you or if it's even a match without experiencing a session. So I've created an initial offer for a one-time session at a special price prior to committing to a coaching program.
What's your coaching background?
I've invested $25,000+ in training. I'm a Master Mindset Coach certified in CBT and REBT and have three life coaching certifications through Transformation Academy, Virtual Coach, and Heroic Coach. I'm also currently studying at Robbins-Madanes Training. Finally, I'm a certified hypnotherapist. I love to combine the two modalities - both the subconscious and conscious - to help you achieve the most powerful and long-lasting results.
What's coaching style?
Here are some adjectives people have used to describe me as a coach: kind, thoughtful, patient, caring, understanding, devoted, engaged, attentive, creative, knowledgeable, and an "all-star listener." I ask questions that are thought-provoking but that also touch your emotions. So it's a combination of an intellectual and emotional approach.
What is the impact I’ll experience by enrolling in your life coaching program?
When you hire me, you have now truly invested in the one and only surefire investment there is: your own growth as an effective human being. This will change your life immediately, but it’s far greater than that. The impact will last not just 2, 5, or 10 years from now, but also over your entire lifetime transforming how you experience life and what you're able to achieve, long after our coaching together is over. You only have one life. Why not live the best possible one you can and enjoy the most deeply fulfilling relationships?
Will I get results with your life coaching?
I’ve invested 5 figures in certifications in order to know exactly how to produce results.
I love this program and I believe deeply in this work. I believe in you, and I believe you can find the self-love and romantic love you've always desired, the peace of forgiveness you've yearned for, and the happiness you've dreamed about, but it is up to you.
I cannot ethically guarantee or warrant any type of results because ultimately, I am here to coach you and support you during our time together, but you have to do the work to get your desired results.
With that said, I do believe this time we spend together will be some of the most transformational and introspective work you've ever done.
